Our classes include strength and conditioning, powerlifting, olympic lifting, and gymnastics. We also offer personal training in the gym with our coaches.

Conditioning (CrossFit)

These sessions are targeted for the goal of being fit. Using a wide variety of movements and equipment to challenge an individual aerobically and anaerobically at a high intensity.

Gymnastics

Gymnastic movements are used to develop physical agility, balance and coordination. Using rings, parallettes and horizontal bars to increase strength and efficiency in body weight movements from basic to highly technical.

Olympic Lifting

The two olympic lifts are the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch. In these classes you will improve maximal speed and strength within all variation of these disciplines.

Powerlifting

The Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. Powerlifting is used primarily to develop pure strength, lifting heavy loads with good form helps to increase bone and muscle density.
